Rentals will be open up to 180 days in advance on a rolling basis. Please contact the manger for availability. ICC and temple events take priority and the hall will be blocked for major festivals and concerts. The ICC and SGHT holds the right to block additional time slots.
Rentals are on a first reserved first served basis and through e-mail only by e-mailing utahindiacc@gmail.com.
Please include the following information: (a) Name of person or organization (b) Purpose of rental (c) Date and time of rental (d) Number of people (e) Meeting room or Auditorium required.
A confirmation will be sent via e-mail and a tentative reservation will be held for 3 days pending the fees and forms. If the fee and forms are not received in this period, the reservation will be cancelled.
If the rental is confirmed download the terms and conditions and application form from website or obtain copies from office. Read and understand terms of use. Fill the form, sign it and either mail or drop off the form at the ICC or SGHT office. Please make two checks to India Cultural center. One check is for the rental fee including cleaning charges and the other check is a refundable fee for damages.
Dinesh & Kalpana Patel Auditorium :
The auditorium comes equipped with an audio system and projector with big screen and a 24” tall stage. A podium is also available on request.
The rental also includes the following items if required:
- 250 Chairs
- 30 Round tables
- 10 Rectangular tables
Renters are responsible for setting up chairs and tables and take down after event.
Ambati Family Kitchen:
The kitchen can be used for re-heating food and comes equipped with an electric warming cabinet, refrigerator and microwave. Cooking by an approved caterer can be arranged with previous approval.
Asha Bharathi Huntsman Class Room
The class room has 25 chairs and a erasable board.
